Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you total command over your mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your electronic mail accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email box accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox account you want to redirect mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
